ePoster Guidelines

What?
ePoster’ stands for electronic poster. Participants can view your ePoster on interactive touch screens. The advantage of this system is that you can show a lot more information than on classic paper posters.
 

How?
Export your ePoster as a PDF and upload it via the below dedicated link. 
Please keep the following things in mind:

• Use the 16:9 slide template in landscape as a basis for your ePoster presentation. (Available here)
• It is mandatory to disclose any potential conflict of interest on the title slide.
• Only PDF files are permitted.
• Maximum file size: 10Mb
• Maximum number of slides: 10

Upload Deadline?
ePosters must be uploaded latest by April 20 via the below dedicated link. Click on the button 'Submit a poster', then click on 'Register' and fill out the required fields.
You will be asked to provide your ePoster N° during the upload procedure. Make sure you have your ePoster N° at hand (available in the ePoster Lists).

Special ePosters

Presenters with a special ePoster should prepare their ePoster according to the above guidelines.

In addition to having their ePoster on display throughout the Conference,  special ePoster are selected for a short oral presentation as well.

Speaking time is 4 minutes, followed by 1 minute for Q&A.
